Known for its robust, hi-tech watches worn by the like of tennis star Rafael Nadal and golfer Bubba Watson, Richard Mille is one of the few watchmakers to pamper ladies like no one else. It’s been selling complicated, six-figure watches to women with varied tastes since 2005.
In 2014, the brand introduced its very first gold strap in two ladies models, the RM 07-01 and the RM 037, to complement the large offerings of straps in all kinds of leather, silk, rubber, alligator and more. Entirely made of gold, this strap was handcrafted over 65 hours with each link micro-blasted, satin-brushed and polished. Available in 5N red gold or in white gold, the beautifully finished strap is held together by 36 spline screws in grade 5 titanium and completed with a double-fold clasp in gold.

Richard Mille’s RM 33-02 Automatic: where sport meets chic style
Obsessed with details, the watchmakers at Richard Mille have been working on offering a range of straps and bracelets to complement the avant-garde case designs and high mechanics of its timepieces. Right from the Open Link metal strap, which is light and flexible on the wrist to gold bracelets, which can be enhanced with precious stones, the brand’s design studio offers a wide range of options to choose from.

Since its inception in 2001, Richard Mille has been pushing technical and creative boundaries by creating watches that use a combination of space-age materials and good, old decorative techniques. One of the best examples of this is the brand’s Carbon TPT bracelet developed for the RM 07-01 for ladies.

Conceptualised and designed over 13 months, this sporty-yet-chic bracelet has a complex architecture that combines a skeleton made of grade-five titanium with dozens of carbon TPT plates secured by Richard Mille’s emblematic spline screws. Consisting of 200 parts, the new bracelet is designed to offer “suppleness with extreme rigidity” for the wrist while also providing a smooth visual flow from the barrel-shaped case to the bracelet. Its total weight is just 29 grams.
Presenting a playful yet daring vision of high watchmaking, Richard Mille charmed ladies with its candy-inspired Bonbon collection last year. The brand introduced 10 models with pastel dials dotted with lollipops, fruit chews, peppermint sticks and swirly marshmallows in its three most iconic timepieces – the RM 07-03, RM 16-01 and RM 37-01.
